Feelings from the past call Sohini, a young poet and journalist, to search for her childhood love. „Like a traveller without a compass”, she sighs. She is looking for Sagnik, an eternal student, who is seduced by the allure of gambling. Their game of hide-and-seek through Kolkata can begin: idle strolls, labyrinthine streets, fruit and vegetable stalls, unexpected meetings and advice. Maybe in between all of this, the two are destined to… meet.
