A Walk in the Clouds USA-Mexico, 1995, 102 min, color

After World War II, soldier Paul Sutton meets Victoria Aragon, a young pregnant woman afraid to return home to her strict father. To protect her from shame, he agrees to pose as her husband. They arrive at the Aragon family vineyard, living under the authority of the patriarch, Don Pedro, a man of iron will with a deep connection to the land and family traditions.

As their deception continues, genuine love slowly blossoms between them. Paul discovers a sense of purpose and belonging in the warmth of the family and the work in the vineyards. When the truth comes to light and tensions rise, he must choose between his old life and the new love he has found.
