A FEW CHUNKS OF CHEESE Bulgaria, 2026, 70 min, color, documentary

Mina is a farmer who makes some of the finest cheese you’ll ever taste. Through sheer stubbornness and relentless, round-the-clock work, she has managed to preserve her herd and her farm for more than thirty years. She has weathered the turbulent post-communist transition, constant bureaucratic pressure, bird flu, and African swine fever.

Today, Mina faces a choice: whether to leave behind the life she has built and step into a new role – that of a grandmother on Martha’s Vineyard, a luxury island off the U.S. East Coast.
