Theatre director Elena Panayotova takes us on a journey back in time to trace the origin and effects left by the interdisciplinary programme "Artists for Children" that she led for fifteen years in Bulgaria and Africa, involving over 5,000 orphan children and young people and over 300 artists from four continents. The film uses archival footage from two continents to celebrate the extraordinary power of theatre to integrate and empower the individual and the importance of play for the human nature.
