In 2017 Lazar Radkov created the initiative “Plastic caps for the future”. The purpose was simple - plastic caps from bottles were collected through voluntary work, they were sent for recycling and the money were used to replace old baby incubators in hospitals around Bulgaria. A few years later thou-sands of people are collecting plastic caps, the incubators are already replaced and plenty of addi-tional medical equipment is being donated among which a few neonatal and off road ambulances. Throughout this process Lazar and his peers continue to spread their simple, but wise philosophy - the world we live in, the best we have ever known, was created by the people before us and it is our duty to better it for the future generations.
