From a young age, Assya cares for stray dogs at the Hope shelter where her mother works as a caretaker. Years later, they recall with nostalgia this period of their lives as one of the best. We follow two hunters from the municipal enterprise “Ekoravnovesie”, Alyosha and Andrei, as they travel around Sofia and meet various cases related to stray animals in Sofia. Dogumentary was filmed between 2012 and 2022 and aims to provoke a dialogue about the treatment of stray animals as a reflection of our society.
