THE MAN WITH A THOUSAND FACES

Ricardo, Alexandre, or Daniel? With different identities he seduces women across the globe. They each love the same man, but one of them begins to doubt Ricardo’s story and it emerges she is not the only one in his life. This documentary from writer-director Sonia Kronlund, by turns a gripping thriller and adventure, is both an account of a scams, and a story of female solidarity. It also raises ethical questions about documentary making, blurring reality/fact and fiction, and what a director can ask his characters to do.
