The earthly life of the main character seems fleeting and meaningless to him, so Fori (50) prefers the starry sky – he is a passionate amateur astronomer. By a strange coincidence, he travels with his best friend Theo to the Danube Delta. He ends up in Vilkovo, a city in Ukraine where the Lipovans live. Here Fori unwittingly commits a crime and lies in prison, but in this strange city true love.
